The BAW is designed as a purely virtual trade fair. This ensures worldwide participation without the need to travel. Thanks to the latest digital trade fair technology, this means that a diverse range of events can take place, from virtual exhibition stands to specialist presentations and a networking lounge, regardless of where you happen to be.

BAW will be held again next year. It is to be established as a brand and leading trade fair for the rolling bearing industry. In order to continue to implement an international orientation, BAW will remain a purely virtual trade fair.

As the BAW addresses an international audience, the fair will be held in English. This also applies to the technical presentations. This ensures that participants around the globe can take part in what we have to offer.

Here you will find a complete list of current exhibitors and speakers, which will be updated regularly. In our LinkedIn Event, speakers and exhibitors will be presented one by one.

The registration deadline for Bearing Application World is 4 weeks before the start of the fair.

For general and detailed questions about Bearing Application World, please contact the BAW team at The BAW concept is available on the homepage, where you can also find the prices for sponsors, exhibitors and speakers.

Yes, admission is free for visitors. Only data (name, company, e-mail address) must be deposited. If you do not have time during the given period, you can view the technical presentations up to two weeks after the fair.

In order to provide sufficient opportunities for exchange among visitors, speakers and exhibitors despite the virtual implementation, a networking lounge will be available to you via “wonder”. With the help of this tool, participants can easily and spontaneously exchange information on various topics in different areas via audio, video and chat functions.

The current schedule of the BAW can be found on the homepage under the heading Fair (incl. link).

For general questions on the use of the trade fair platform, contact persons are available to visitors at the information stand on all live days. There are also contact persons from the respective companies at the virtual trade fair stands. With regard to the timing of the lectures, visitors can adjust to a precise clocking and arrange themselves accordingly. In addition, the lectures will be recorded. At the end of each presentation, additional time is scheduled during which the speaker is available to answer questions.

For the set-up of the virtual exhibition stands, our partner is available to the exhibitors, who will professionally set up the exhibition stands in consultation with the respective exhibitors. This partner accompanies the process and is responsible for all technical questions.

The speakers will be instructed on the course of the presentations in a separate webinar. You will receive professional support and advice on how to present yourself and your company in the best possible way.
